The RESQ-Meter pulse oximeter offers a non-invasive method for the precise measurement of pulse rate and oxygen concentration in the blood. The integrated infrared light source measures the brightness of the blood pigment, allowing the oxygen content of the blood to be calculated as a percentage.
A particular highlight of this device is its ability to measure not only oxygen saturation but also the pulse rate and blood flow in the smallest vessels (capillaries). These values are used in six stages to calculate the "vascular age (APG)", which provides you with valuable insights into your vascular health.
