Still a current and proven system for the prevention of pressure sores:

2 separate air chambers are automatically alternately inflated and deflated, shifting the pressure on the patient’s body at regular intervals.

In this way, 50 % of the pressure is shifted, preventing the development of decubitus ulcers. As well as this, the alternating pressure massages the back and promotes blood circulation.

Made of a strong plastic material, which can be wiped clean with antibacterial disinfectants.
