Cold-warm mask

The gel mask is ideal for relieving puffy or dry eyes, headaches, migraines, sinus pain and stress. You can use the migraine mask either cold or warm.

For cold application, place the mask in the refrigerator for two hours. For warm application, place the mask in the microwave for 30 seconds at 300 watts (defrost setting).

For heat treatment, we recommend that you "knead" the cold/warm mask well beforehand so that the heat can be distributed evenly.

Because of the Velcro fastener, the heat mask can be easily positioned on the face and ensures a pleasant wearing comfort.
